Entertainers perform 2 x 30 minutes stage shows during the Siesta or meal times (Friday & Saturday) and must start and end promptly. This is 1x performance on each day; Friday and Saturday.
As an Entertainer you receive a Full Conference Registration : $300 : includes all meals and snacks. You also receive year-long marketing opportunities with your bio and links on our website, our marketing material and Social Media.
We offer shared Chalet accommodation as an option for entertainers, consisting of multiple bunk beds in shared rooms in a private building at the conference with airconditioning (to protect your instruments). There are private shared bathrooms in Chalet as well as a full kitchen. You must bring your own sheets, blankets and pillow. This is a first come, first served option. Otherwise, camping is available for those with tents. Cabin/Glamping upgrades are also welcome.
At the time of your performance, you will have a volunteer present before, during and after to help set up and direct traffic.
Your submission must include your name, description, bio, head shot as you would like it to read on our website/printed program. There will be minimal opportunity to change these details after acceptance, so please prepare exactly what you want seen on our site, and in our program.
We also require a link to a video of you performing. This link will not be shared on our site.
Submissions close December 1st. If you are accepted, you will have until January 30th to confirm your performance and secure payment.
