Food is medicine. That's why we provide fresh organic meals at the conference. We are committed to sourcing organic, ethical, local ( as much as possible ) and healthy whole foods. We give deep gratitude for this nourishment and for the many hands involved to create this precious gift of sustenance.

Your meals, morning and afternoon tea, as well as an array of herbal teas and coffee are included with your registration starting with Friday Lunch and ending with Sunday Lunch. If you have special dietary needs, please indicate so on your registration form. We are able to accommodate most needs.

The entire venue is nut-free. Please do not bring nuts to the conference. If you do, please leave them in your vehicle and do not touch them while on the campgrounds. Thank you for your cooperation.
Daily self-serve breakfast selection of sprouted bread, sourdough toast with butter, homemade jams and honey, muesli, milk, coffee, fruit, yogurt, organic free-range eggs and house-made beans with mushrooms.
Morning tea of seasonal fresh fruits, selection of biscuits savoury and sweet served with a variety of herbal teas.
Lunchtime vegan zucchini kofta rolls, Lynda's special broccoli and cauliflower pine nut salad served with a cucumber dipping sauce.
Afternoon tea with fresh made dips and salsas served with crunchy veges.
Mexican inspired nachos served with organic corn chips. Choose between tangy ethical beef mince or tomato bean rice with or without shredded cheese, sour cream, homemade salsa and shredded lettuce.
