Held on Darug Land

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we hold the Conference. We recognise and celebrate the ongoing connection between land, sky, water and community and the beauty and strength of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, with deep respect for the ongoing traditions of health knowledge and treatment which have been practiced for generations.

Food and Catering

Food is medicine.

All meals are prepared with care using organic, ethical and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We offer deep gratitude for this nourishment and for the many hands involved in creating it.

Your registration includes all meals, morning and afternoon tea, herbal teas and coffee, beginning with Friday lunch and ending with Sunday lunch.

We are able to cater for all dietary needs. Please indicate your requirements during registration.

Important: The entire venue is nut-free. Please do not bring nuts onto the campgrounds. If you do bring them, they must remain in your vehicle at all times. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe.

Over the years, we’ve developed a close relationship with the Schumacher family, who care for this land. Lynda prepares our meals, and her family support the running of the space throughout the weekend. Our vollies serve the food with care and generosity.

Have a listen to our podcast with Lynda, where we discuss the lengths she goes to for our organic, ethical, nourishment. . .
