Wise Women Gathering is a three-day educational conference held on Country in the Hawkesbury Valley. Your ticket gives access to the full weekend program, shared meals, ceremonies and communal Gathering spaces.

Sessions run in parallel across the weekend, and you’re invited to move through the experience at your own pace, following what draws you.

This ticket gives you full access to the Wise Women Gathering across three days in the Hawkesbury Valley. Sessions run in parallel, with shared meals, ceremony, rest and evening gatherings woven through the weekend. You’re invited to move at your own pace and choose what you attend.

This ticket includes:

  • Access to communal spaces, marketplace and grounds

  • Camping with your own tent or camper (no electricity)

Wise Women Gathering is a multigenerational space. We welcome children and young people into the wider rhythm of the weekend, with dedicated camps offered to support their care, play and belonging while adults attend sessions.

Kids Camp

Age-appropriate care for girls and boys; play and activities during selected session blocks across the weekend.

Kids Ticket (Ages 3-11)

The Kids Camp Ticket is for children aged 3–10 years attending Wise Women Gathering and enrolled in the Kids Camp during Educator Sessions.

Kids Camp places are strictly limited. Once sold out, no additional places can be offered.

No exceptions.

All children attending WWG must be registered, whether or not they attend Kids Camp.

Children under 16 must attend the Conference with a responsible carer onsite for the duration of the weekend.

Maidens Circle

A dedicated space for girls in early rites of passage, held with care, clear boundaries and a sense of belonging within the wider Gathering.

Places are limited and registration is required. Please read Maiden’s Circle Page before booking.

Maiden Ticket (Ages 11–15)

The Maiden Ticket is for young women aged 11–15 years attending Wise Women Gathering as part of the dedicated Maiden’s Circle.

Children under 16 must attend with a responsible carer onsite for the duration of the Conference. Parents and carers are required to sign an agreement confirming understanding of the policies that apply to children attending WWG.

Maiden places are limited to ensure appropriate care, containment and relational safety. There are no exceptions.

For those who wish to arrive slowly, settle into the land and begin the weekend early.

  • Dinner on Thursday evening at 5.30pm

  • Meet the Educators gathering at 7.30pm

Preconference Sessions are small, focused workshops held on Thursday evening (4.00–7.00pm), before the Conference formally begins.

These sessions offer an opportunity to arrive early and spend extended time in a more intimate learning space with a single educator.

Educators for the Preconference Sessions are announced in March.

Preconference Sessions can be added during or after the ticket purchase process.
