In Collaboration With…

Wise Women Gathering is made possible through relationships built on trust, shared values and long-term care.

Our partners are not advertisers. They are people, families and organisations who materially support the Gathering and share our commitment to ethical practice, land-based wisdom, community wellbeing and women’s work.

Some walk closely with us year after year. Others contribute in specific ways that help the Gathering remain accessible, nourished and well held.

Herbal Extract Co.

Herbal Extract Company has been walking alongside Wise Women Gathering since 2019, and over the years that relationship has grown into something rooted, steady and deeply aligned.

Family-owned and Australian through and through, the Herbal Extract Company carries more than a century of plant knowledge across six generations. Their work sits at the meeting point of time-honoured herbal wisdom and contemporary science, holding a deep respect for the intelligence of plants and the people who work with them. As the oldest fully Australian-owned manufacturer of full-spectrum liquid herbal medicines, they continue to practise the art of extraction with care, precision and integrity, staying true to their family values while evolving with the times.

Their purpose is simple and radical: to cultivate love for the healing power of nature. Liquid herbal extracts are central to this vision, offering minimal processing, greater bioavailability and flexibility, and medicines that more closely mirror the original plant chemistry. Crafted exclusively through qualified practitioners, their extracts are made without additives or excipients, honouring both the plant and the body receiving it.

We value this partnership not only for the quality of medicine they produce, but for the shared commitment to education, ethical practice and the long view of health. Herbal Extract Company supports the practitioners who support their communities, and in doing so helps keep plant medicine alive, relevant and respected in the modern world.

Estuary Learning

Estuary Learning is a long-standing partner of Wise Women Gathering and a quiet anchor for the protection, transmission and future of natural healing knowledge.

Estuary Learning is a not-for-profit education and mentoring movement devoted to the living art of Natural Earth Medicine. It exists to enrich and safeguard the wisdom of plant and energetic medicine, not as static knowledge, but as an evolving, relational practice shaped by land, people and time.

The estuary itself is their guiding metaphor. A place where many streams meet, each carrying its own flavour of knowledge, experience and goodwill. It is where nourishment happens, where younger practitioners are protected and mentored, and where future generations are grown from the wisdom of what has come before. Like the estuary, this movement is adaptive, responsive and resilient, able to weather cultural and vocational change without losing its roots.

Estuary Learning brings together practitioners, educators, mentors and students who work with plants, food, bodywork, energy, ritual and esoteric practice. It honours both the physical and the vibrational, recognising health as a balance of body, mind, heart and spirit within a living world

Their partnership with Wise Women Gathering reflects a shared commitment to community-held knowledge, ethical transmission and keeping earth-based medicine alive, relevant and deeply connected to place.

Product Partners

Our product partners help nourish the Conference in very real, tangible ways. Through food, herbs, medicine and essential supplies, they support the wellbeing of everyone on site and contribute to the atmosphere of care that holds the weekend. These are businesses we trust, aligned in values and practice, whose products are offered in service of nourishment, vitality and grounded support for women, families and community throughout the Gathering.

Becoming a Partner

The Wise Women Gathering is supported by partners who share our values of integrity, reciprocity and care for people, land and future generations. Our partners are not advertisers. They are organisations, makers and educators whose work genuinely nourishes this community.

If you feel aligned with the ethos of the Gathering and wish to contribute in a meaningful way, we invite you to explore partnership. Partnerships may include educational collaboration, product contribution, ethical sponsorship or long-term relationship building across the wider WWG ecosystem.

We value transparency, sustainability and relationship over reach. Every partnership is considered carefully to ensure it serves the women who gather here, the land that holds us and the integrity of the event itself.

If this feels resonant, you’re welcome to learn more and submit a partnership application below.

What Women say…

“What struck me over and over and again throughout the conference was how genuinely friendly and welcoming people were.... not friendly in a 'lets be nice to strangers' kind of way, but in a very heart centred kind of way that said 'we care about this community and what it stands for, so we are going to show up with both presence and vulnerability and make space for you to do so as well'. Like many, I am often uncomfortable in large groups or crowds, especially going solo where I don't know anyone, but that fell away quite readily. I felt safe, connected and seen. Who doesn't want that? All the interesting workshops, meaningful conversations, good food and great venue were a total bonus!”

“WWG this is what you mean to me… “Heart filling earth elder wisdom. Community. Seeds of new growth in skirt hems. Maps charged for unknown landscapes ahead. Walk with women again? Yes please.” Beyond delighted with a warm and cosy heart full of gratitude to be journeying with the women, elders and land. This most wonderful cornerstone and navigation centrepoint of the year is fast becoming an annual pilgrimage of gathering with women, walking with women and allowing my inner wise woman and earth wisdom connection to rise and flow within my being even more. Grateful for this sustainability of body, heart, soul and community. Thank you Hollie and WWG”

“I wanted to thank you again for helping me to feel welcome and received at the gathering just as i was. You have created a powerful container for women to step into and it is obvious to anyone that it is no small task.”
