What Educators Receive
Educators attend as full Conference participants.
Your educator registration includes:
discounted registration (up to $400 depending on your contribution)
all meals and snacks
Thursday early arrival
ongoing promotion through the Wise Women Gathering website, social media and the Self Crafted Life learning platform.
Some educators may also be invited to present the same session twice during the weekend. This is in response to participant feedback requesting more opportunities to attend popular sessions. Additional presentation commitments receive a further registration discount.
Accommodation
Shared indoor accommodation is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This consists of shared bunk rooms. Please bring your own bedding.
Camping is also available, and educators are welcome to arrange their own glamping accommodation if preferred.
Bringing an Attendant
If you would like assistance during the weekend, you are welcome to bring an attendant.
An attendant may assist with:
session setup
liaising with volunteers
caring for children
supporting your wellbeing throughout the event.
Attendant registration is $490.
Continuing Your Teaching
Wise Women Gathering is committed to preserving and sharing women’s wisdom long after the Conference has ended.
As part of being an educator, you will be invited to record your presentation with hollie over Zoom during the month following the Conference. This professionally recorded session becomes part of the Wise Women Gathering online education library, allowing women who were unable to attend the Conference to continue learning from your work.
Your recording also creates an ongoing income opportunity through our affiliate program, with your teaching continuing to introduce new audiences to your work while generating income well beyond the Conference weekend.
Digital Resources
Rather than providing printed handouts during your session, every educator receives their own page within our online learning platform.
This allows participants to access your resources before, during and long after the Conference.
Accepted educators will later be invited to provide:
worksheets and downloadable resources
recipes or reference material
reading lists
useful links
bonus content
a special offer for Wise Women Gathering attendees (optional)
Digital resources are due by 1 May 2027.
