In our modern day ‘evolutionary mismatched’ lives it can be so easy to lose sight of where we need to focus our attention to support our health optimally. Bombarded with content and contradiction surrounding what we ‘should’ do, we are frequently overwhelmed which can lead to us being in a state of analysis paralysis or ‘freeze’ and taking no action at all to positively support our health, particularly when prioritising ourselves over others may also be a pattern.

Focusing on the foundations of optimal health; sleep, nutrition, stress management, movement, breathing and light/circadian rhythm we can begin to pay attention to simple habitual changes that can be woven into the threads of our day to day lives moving us towards a state of more energy and vitality. This effect can be layered to elevate our health as we develop realistic strategies to embed sustainable biologically aligned changes. Self-care requires self-discipline but with gentle renewed focus, change is possible. We have the power within ourselves to make free/low cost changes that can dramatically improve our health.

This session will explore some of these foundational aspects of our health with opportunity for reflection and discussion surrounding the development of actionable points that can work for you sustainably.
