Upcoming events

  • First Aid use of Homeopathy with Shenel Engel

    10th September : 630pm

In this empowering session, we will explore how homeopathy and tissue salts can serve as valuable tools for mothers and women in managing common first aid situations. Homeopathy is a natural, holistic system of healing that offers safe and effective remedies for a wide range of minor health concerns. Tissue salts, also known as cell salts, are biochemic remedies that support the body's mineral balance, aiding in faster recovery and overall well-being.

Participants will learn how to confidently use key homeopathic remedies such as Arnica for bruises, Calendula for wound healing, and Aconite for shock and sudden fevers. We will also cover essential tissue salts like Ferrum Phos for inflammation and Mag Phos for muscle cramps. This session will provide practical tips on how to administer these remedies for common first aid needs, making it easier for mothers to care for their families naturally.

By the end of this session, you’ll feel empowered with the knowledge to manage minor injuries and illnesses at home, using safe, effective, and affordable homeopathic remedies. Attendees will also receive guidance on building their own homeopathy first aid kit, enhancing their ability to care for loved ones.

  • Embracing Shadow: Understanding the Death Mother Archetype with Stephanie Grant

    24th September : 630pm

The Death Mother archetype lives in our collective and personal stories; appearing in moments of absence, silence, withdrawal and survival. Though often unnamed, she is deeply felt.

In this 90-minute online workshop, you’ll be invited into a supportive circle to explore the Death Mother through storytelling, symbol work, and a guided journey. Together we’ll begin to uncover how she shows up in our lives and lineages and how turning toward her can open a path toward balance, compassion and integration.

🌟 Hear a mythic story that gives voice to this shadowed archetype

🌟 Reflect on your personal and ancestral connection through symbol and journaling

🌟 Take part in a simple collective ritual

🌟 Experience a guided journey to meet and sit with the Death Mother

This workshop is designed as a gentle introduction, not therapy. A space of reflection, curiosity and collective holding. Sharing is welcome, but never required. All you need to bring is yourself, a notebook, and an open heart.

  • How do we hold ourselves — when no one else is holding us? with Kerstin Bucceliero

    8th October : 630pm

This gentle, nourishing session invites you into the wisdom of your inner landscape, exploring the connection between your body, mind, and emotions through the lens of the four “brains”: skin, gut, heart, and head.

Together, we’ll begin with a simple movement journey to awaken these centres and settle the nervous system. From here, we’ll explore how thoughts, memories, and sensations live in the body — and how mindfulness, touch, and presence can bring balance and release.

You’ll be guided through a foundational practice inspired by EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), adapted for daily life as a self-holding ritual. This practice offers a way to soothe the inner world, shift perspective gently, and come home to a grounded sense of self.

Rather than working with others as in the original in-person version, this session centres on holding your own soul, with compassion, breath, and attention.

Come as you are — and leave with tools to support yourself in moments of tension, overwhelm, or quiet reflection.
