Women's Wellness Wisdom with Carly Walker-Smith
9th July : 630pm
In our modern day ‘evolutionary mismatched’ lives it can be so easy to lose sight of where we need to focus our attention to support our health optimally. Bombarded with content and contradiction surrounding what we ‘should’ do, we are frequently overwhelmed which can lead to us being in a state of analysis paralysis or ‘freeze’ and taking no action at all to positively support our health, particularly when prioritising ourselves over others may also be a pattern.
Focussing on the foundations of optimal health; sleep, nutrition, stress management, movement, breathing and light/circadian rhythm we can begin to pay attention to simple habitual changes that can be woven into the threads of our day to day lives moving us towards a state of more energy and vitality. This effect can be layered to elevate our health as we develop realistic strategies to embed sustainable biologically aligned changes. Self-care requires self-discipline but with gentle renewed focus, change is possible. We have the power within ourselves to make free/low cost changes that can dramatically improve our health.
This session will explore some of these foundational aspects of our health with opportunity for reflection and discussion surrounding the development of actionable points that can work for you sustainably. -
Digesting Life with the Help of Herbs with Lara Ryan
16th July : 630pm
This session is a deep dive into the wisdom of bitters — a class of herbs that have long supported not just digestion, but the processing of life itself. In a world where we’re constantly overwhelmed by stimulation, speed, and stress, the bitter taste has all but vanished from modern diets — and with it, some of our body’s natural capacity to regulate, release, and restore.
You’ll be invited to consider the link between trauma as “the undigested life” and the physical act of digestion, exploring how bitter herbs can support both. We’ll look at how bitters stimulate digestive secretions, calm the nervous system, and bring us back into relationship with the often-ignored flavour that can be so healing. If you’ve ever shied away from the strong taste of bitters, this session will offer gentle, approachable ways to welcome them back — including tonics and tinctures that can ease the process.
We’ll also touch on emerging conversations about the role of bitters in supporting metabolism and appetite regulation — offering a plant-based, holistic alternative to pharmaceutical trends like Ozempic. Come curious, and leave with practical herbal allies for truly digesting your life.

Embracing Shadow: Understanding the Death Mother Archetype with Stephanie Grant
20th August : 630pm
This 90-minute workshop is inspired by the research of Dr. Daniela Sieff, whose work on the Death Mother archetype explores maternal ambivalence, abandonment, and societal expectations of motherhood.
Drawing from Sieff’s research, as well as Jungian psychology, mythology, and evolutionary theory, this session is designed to offer a deeper understanding of the Death Mother archetype in our individual and collective experiences.
The workshop is in a sacred circle format, promoting open discussion and shared reflection. Participants will engage in storytelling, group discussions, and a ceremonial process to explore the archetype.. Sharing with others will be encouraged, but each person is invited to go only as deep as feels comfortable and appropriate. The goal is to foster understanding and reflection.
A ceremonial offering process will allow participants to symbolically honour the Death Mother archetype, while reflecting on its presence in collective and individual experiences. The circle will close with an integration ritual, bringing together the collective wisdom gained during the session.
This session is ideal for those seeking to learn about archetypal energies and cultural patterns, with a focus on education, community connection, and reflection.

How do we hold ourselves — when no one else is holding us? with Kerstin Bucceliero
8th October : 630pm
This gentle, nourishing session invites you into the wisdom of your inner landscape, exploring the connection between your body, mind, and emotions through the lens of the four “brains”: skin, gut, heart, and head.
Together, we’ll begin with a simple movement journey to awaken these centres and settle the nervous system. From here, we’ll explore how thoughts, memories, and sensations live in the body — and how mindfulness, touch, and presence can bring balance and release.
You’ll be guided through a foundational practice inspired by EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), adapted for daily life as a self-holding ritual. This practice offers a way to soothe the inner world, shift perspective gently, and come home to a grounded sense of self.
Rather than working with others as in the original in-person version, this session centres on holding your own soul, with compassion, breath, and attention.
Come as you are — and leave with tools to support yourself in moments of tension, overwhelm, or quiet reflection.
