The Death Mother archetype lives in our collective and personal stories; appearing in moments of absence, silence, withdrawal and survival. Though often unnamed, she is deeply felt.
In this 90-minute online workshop, you’ll be invited into a supportive circle to explore the Death Mother through storytelling, symbol work and a guided journey. Together we’ll begin to uncover how she shows up in our lives and lineages, and how turning toward her can open a path toward balance, compassion and integration.
You will:
Hear a mythic story that gives voice to this shadowed archetype
Reflect on your personal and ancestral connection through symbol and journaling
Take part in a simple collective ritual
Experience a guided journey to meet and sit with the Death Mother
This workshop is designed as a gentle introduction, not therapy, but a space of reflection, curiosity, and collective holding. Sharing is welcome, but never required. All you need to bring is yourself, a notebook, and an open heart.
