Wise Women Gathering Community Partner

Terms & Conditions

These terms outline the agreement between wise women gathering (WWG) and approved Community Partners participating in the Peachs referral system. By registering as a Community Partner and sharing your unique invitation link, you agree to the following conditions.

1. role + purpose

Community Partners are invited to share Wise Women Gathering within their own communities, networks and relational spaces. This role is understood as invitation-based, not promotional, and is grounded in relationship, discernment and integrity rather than commercial sales practices.

Community Partners are not employees, contractors, agents or representatives of WWG. Participation in this program does not create a legal partnership, joint venture or employment relationship.

2. eligibility

To participate as a Community Partner, you must:

  • be over 18 years of age

  • hold values broadly aligned with the ethos of Wise Women Gathering

  • agree to share the gathering in a way that is respectful, non-coercive and relational

  • be approved within the Peachs platform

WWG reserves the right to approve, decline or remove Community Partners at its discretion.

3. invitation links + tracking

Each Community Partner will receive a unique tracked invitation link via Peachs.

  • all referrals must occur through this link to be eligible for contribution tracking

  • WWG is not responsible for referrals that are not correctly tracked due to link misuse, cookie blocking, technical errors or third-party interference

  • tracking is managed by the Peachs platform and subject to their systems and reliability

4. contribution structure

Community Partners receive a financial contribution for each confirmed ticket sale attributed to their unique invitation link, as defined in the Peachs program setup.

Details of contribution rates, thresholds and payout schedules are defined within the Peachs dashboard and may be updated by WWG with notice.

5. payment terms

  • contributions are only payable on completed and paid ticket purchases

  • refunded, cancelled or chargeback tickets are not eligible for contribution

  • payments are processed via Peachs according to their payout system and schedules

  • Community Partners are responsible for providing correct payment and tax information

WWG is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details or third-party processing issues.

6. ethical sharing principles

Community Partners agree to:

  • share invitations through relationship, not pressure

  • avoid spam, unsolicited mass messaging or aggressive promotion

  • avoid misrepresentation of the gathering, its content or its purpose

  • communicate honestly about what wise women gathering is and is not

  • respect consent, boundaries and relational context when sharing links

This is a relational invitation model, not a sales model.

7. brand + language use

Community Partners may:

  • share official WWG imagery and language where provided

  • speak in their own authentic voice about their relationship to the gathering

Community Partners may not:

  • misrepresent themselves as organisers or official representatives

  • alter official branding or messaging in misleading ways

  • create false claims, guarantees or promises about outcomes

8. conduct + alignment

WWG reserves the right to remove Community Partner access where conduct is deemed:

  • harmful to community trust

  • misaligned with the values and ethos of the gathering

  • coercive, manipulative or exploitative

  • damaging to the integrity or safety of the gathering

Removal may occur without prior notice where harm risk is identified.

9. termination

This agreement may be terminated:

  • by WWG at any time

  • by the Community Partner at any time

Upon termination, invitation links will be deactivated and no further tracking or contributions will occur.

Outstanding eligible contributions will be paid in accordance with Peachs payout schedules.

10. liability

WWG is not liable for:

  • technical failures in third-party platforms

  • tracking errors

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • loss of earnings or expected income

Participation in the Community Partner program is voluntary and at the Community Partner’s own discretion.

11. amendments

WWG reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
