Kerstin is a dedicated practitioner working on integrating body, mind and soul through a holistic, evolving approach to healing. Her journey began with physiotherapy training in Germany in 1986. After migrating to Australia, she began working in 2004 as a remedial massage therapist, progressing from manual techniques to subtle, light-touch treatments guided by the body’s innate wisdom.

Her focus has increasingly turned toward deepening her experience as a counsellor. Beginning in 2023, Kerstin started working with Inside Out Recovery, supporting people living in hoarded and squalor circumstances, mostly on NDIS funding, a role she has continued since 2025 as an independent contractor.

Her work in private practice blends somatic awareness, experiential counselling, EMDR and biography work, offered both in person and online. Her approach is also informed by shamanic practices, psychosophy and meditation, ranging from dynamic methods to Vipassana and heart-based practices, addressing deeper energetic and spiritual layers, including past-life patterns.
