Cancellations and Refunds

Wise Women Gathering (“WWG”, “the Conference”) involves significant planning, venue, staffing and logistical costs that are committed well in advance of the event.

For this reason, ticket purchases are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions outlined below.

1. cancellations by attendees

If you are unable to attend Wise Women Gathering after purchasing a ticket, the following refund guidelines apply:

  • Until 10 January:

    Registration fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee.

  • From 11 January to 1 April:

    Registration fees are 50% refundable.

  • After 1 April:

    No refunds are available.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2. ticket transfers

Tickets may be transferred at any time to another woman of your choice.

The responsibility for arranging and confirming the transfer rests with the original ticket holder. WWG must be notified of the transfer details to ensure accurate registration records.

3. unforeseen circumstances

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, Wise Women Gathering cannot guarantee full refunds outside the timeframes listed above.

We will make reasonable efforts to support attendees where possible, while balancing the financial commitments required to deliver the Conference.

4. changes or cancellation by WWG

In the unlikely event that Wise Women Gathering is cancelled or significantly altered by the organisers, attendees will be offered an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. policy updates

This Cancellations and Refunds Policy is subject to change without notice. Any updates will be published on the Wise Women Gathering website.
