Christina Covington
Ayurvedic Practitioner
Christina works through Ayurveda as a lived, devotional practice, supporting women through the deep physical, emotional and spiritual transitions of perimenopause and menopause. Her work is grounded in elemental wisdom, nervous system restoration and long relationship with nature, holding midlife change as a threshold into clarity, strength and embodied truth rather than something to be endured or fixed.
Christina is an Ayurvedic alchemist, practitioner and guide for women navigating the deep transformations of perimenopause and menopause. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and has lived and practised Ayurveda for more than three decades. Her path began in the Himalayan foothills of India, where she trained with world-renowned doctors and lived Ayurveda as a way of being rather than simply a modality.
She specialises in supporting women through fatigue, burnout and the unpredictable waves of midlife change, offering safe, natural approaches rooted in elemental alchemy and traditional wisdom rather than quick fixes. Through her work, Christina has supported hundreds of women to restore their nervous systems, find safety in their bodies and move toward a sense of wholeness and vitality.
Christina has lived a wide and complex life, including experiences of trauma, single parenting, international business, community building and creative expression. She walks alongside women through life transitions such as birth, illness, death and menopause, holding these moments with both strength and care so they may be met with grace.
Ayurveda is not simply something she practises, but the way she lives. It is devotional, daily and deeply connected to nature and truth.
