Natasha Haddad
Psychotherapist / Mindfulness Teacher / Women’s Mysteries Facilitator / Singer
Natasha Haddad works through transpersonal psychotherapy, somatic and energetic practice, supporting women through embodied transformation and inner recalibration. Her work weaves therapeutic process, breath, sound and ritual, attending to patterning held in the body and psyche and inviting a return to voice, presence and inner authority.
Natasha Haddad is a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Medical Medium, and creator of the IICT-approved Light Now Process (LNP) - a revolutionary modality that dissolves limiting patterns through somatic healing, subconscious recalibration, and quantum awareness. With nearly 20 years on the healing path and over a decade in full-time clinical practice, Natasha is known for guiding women through profound inner transformation, embodiment, and spiritual remembrance.
Her work weaves somatic psychotherapy, energy medicine, breathwork, and sound healing into a cohesive, deeply effective system. She has facilitated women’s circles, retreats, and transformational workshops since 2015, and has presented at events such as the Paradigm Shift Summit and the Australian Yoga Festival. Natasha’s teachings help women reclaim their voice, soften old defenses, and return to their natural state of power, intuition, and internal truth.
She is also the visionary designer behind Original Molecule Shawls — wearable wellness tools infused with molecular codes that support emotional balance, clarity, and energetic alignment.
Whether through ceremony, voice activation, or her therapeutic work, Natasha creates spaces of safety, expansion, and embodiment — guiding women to come home to themselves and express their most liberated, soul-led selves.
