Erin
Bailey
Naturopath / Nutritionist / Meditation Teacher
Erin Bailey works at the intersection of naturopathic medicine, matrescence and women’s wisdom traditions, supporting women to understand their bodies, rhythms and changing identities across life stages. Her practice is shaped by both clinical knowledge and lived experience, weaving herbal medicine, nutrition and ritual into grounded, relational care.
Erin Bailey is a Naturopath, Matrescence Coach, and lifelong student of women’s wisdom traditions. Her work sits at the meeting point of modern evidence-based medicine and the timeless practices that have supported women for generations. Erin is passionate about helping women understand their bodies, rhythms, and stories; particularly through the transformative journey of matrescence.
As a mother of two and a breastfeeding counsellor, Erin brings lived experience, deep empathy, and a grounded, heart-led presence to her teaching. She weaves together herbal medicine, nutrition, energetic practices, and mindful ritual to support women in reconnecting with their inner knowing and navigating the emotional and physical landscapes of stress, hormonal health, and identity shifts.
Erin has facilitated women’s circles, workshops, and community gatherings that centre connection, gentle education, and the remembrance that healing is both personal and communal. She believes in creating warm, safe spaces where women feel held, seen, and supported as they reclaim their wellbeing and step into their wholeness.
